Hello, I'm Stefanie Silveira Chavez

I’m a lifelong resident of Lemoore, a proud member of a multi-generational farming family, and a small business owner who understands what makes Kings County work. I’ve built my career as a REALTOR® helping local families achieve homeownership and make smart financial decisions, and I’m also the owner of a residential assisted living home dedicated to providing compassionate care for seniors. I serve on the board of the Kings County Sheriff’s Foundation, supporting public safety and strengthening our community. My husband and I are deeply committed to building a strong future right here in Kings County—the place we’re proud to call home.

My Story

I was raised in the heart of Kings County, where I learned early the values of hard work, responsibility, and community through my family’s deep roots in agriculture. I attended Mary Immaculate Queen Catholic School and graduated from Lemoore High School, building lifelong relationships that have shaped who I am today.

Through my work in real estate and as a business owner, I’ve seen firsthand how local decisions impact our farmers, families, and small businesses. I understand what it takes to run a business, support a family, and plan for the future—and I bring that real-world experience to everything I do.

I believe in protecting our agricultural way of life, supporting local businesses, and making sure Kings County remains a place where families can live, work, and thrive for generations to come.
